The 1st XI finished Day 1 on top against Bellville South.

The 2nd XI enjoyed the day off due to a rescheduled match against UCT, while 3rd XI also finished with a 1st inning lead against Tygerberg.

There were good wins for the 5th XI and Tigers XI against Mowbray and Hottentots Holland respectively.  The 4th XI claimed a default win against Old Mutual A who could not field a side on the day, while the 6th XI were beaten by a strong Rondebosch side.
