A near perfect Saturday was relished with 6 out of 7 senior sides bringing home the wins!

The results were as follows:

1st XI beat Wynberg (1C)

2nd XI beat Glamorgan (Res B)

3rd XI beat Edgemead (Res F)

4th XI beat South Peninsula (3A)

5th XI beat Green Point (3D)

6th XI lost to Mowbray (3D)

Tigers XI beat Kensington (3B)

Congratulations to all the teams for making the Stag proud.  There were some spectacular celebrations long into the evening at the Stag Clubhouse!

In other News from the weekend...........

On Sunday 4 December another fantastic Family Golf Day was hosted by MCC at Theo Marais Park.

Well done to Event Captain Sias, course designer Leon, committee members Zarin and Brett who assisted with getting everything up and running on the day. Many thanks to all the non-committee members that helped; bar ladies Desiree and Bianca, Sue and Brian in the kitchen, Tayla and Vincent who collected the green fees, head green mower Sir Holman,  watering hole attendants Jenna and Gavin, the course bakkie driver Justin.

 Besides the usual suspect golfers it was great to see some representation from each of the 7 senior sides as well as have a 1^st tee superbly hosted by junior club members - special thanks to  Gary Eagar  and Junior Club Chairman Derek Osner who kept everyone entertained with his umpiring antics at the 1^st green.

Lastly many thanks to everyone who donated prizes in order to ensure that no one went home empty handed!
