Junior Club Mission Statement

To create an environment whereby Milnerton Junior Cricket Club will provide a top class facility to serve its members and the community and ultimately become the best club under the control of the Western Province Cricket Association.

Junior Club Vision

• To play winning cricket and to emphasize team spirit,
• To give all players an opportunity to partake in the game,
• To allow our coaches and managers to train, select and manage players at their disposal in a manner that encourages them to reach their full potential.
• To apply a selection criteria approved and supported by the management of Milnerton Cricket Club,
• To communicate grievances through the correct channels,
• To enforce a strict code of conduct,
• To provide adequate playing facilities to achieve the above.
